Karla Dann is an executive leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning governance, quality, compliance, enterprise risk management and operational leadership.

Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership roles responsible for organisational performance, regulatory compliance, workforce governance, quality systems and continuous improvement across large and complex service environments.

Most notably, Karla led enterprise quality, compliance and risk functions for one of regional Queensland's largest service organisations, providing strategic oversight of governance frameworks, organisational risk, regulatory compliance, audit readiness and quality assurance systems. She worked closely with executive leadership and played a key role in preparing the organisation for external audits and regulatory reviews.

Her experience extends beyond compliance into organisational leadership, operational improvement, workforce capability, change management and strategic planning, providing a unique ability to connect executive priorities with practical implementation.
